By commissioning any artwork from me through any means, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service provided below:• PhilosophyIn this Terms of Service, I am being overly serious and formal in order to set rules, however, feel free to be as informal with me as you wish but ultimately I hold the right to deny commissions for any reason I see fit. Such cases include: rude or "bigoted" behavior (in or out of the context of our interactions) or support for pedophilia and/or zoophilia.• Deadline & UpdatesI will not work with any deadlines in mind unless previously agreed otherwise. However, I will periodically let you know if any progress on your artwork is made; a notification that your artwork is starting and another notification on the final sketch (to reach an agreement) are certain. Otherwise, if I take too long to update you, feel free to ask me about the situation of your art!• ArtworkI will accept major changes (changes in clothes, backgrounds, poses) until an agreement is reached on the final sketch. After which, I will only accept small changes (such as coloring fixes and missed OC features) on the product. While any other commercial uses of my artwork are strictly prohibited unless an agreement is made beforehand, I will be personally showcasing the final product to my social media.• Payment & RefundsPayments are to be handled via Ko-Fi in EUR (Euros). I will be open to refunding the artwork for any reason until a sketch of the final product is made, after which, I will not be providing any refunds.
